Set within the evolving landscape of Lekki Scheme 2 is SPRUCE, a contemporary collection of thoughtfully designed 2 and 3-bedroom apartments created for a new expression of modern living. Defined by clean architectural lines, considered spaces, and a distinctive sense of character, SPRUCE brings together the simplicity of good design and the sophistication of purposeful living.
But SPRUCE is more than an address. It is a response to the way modern life is lived, spaces that give you room to breathe, interiors that feel considered, and an environment designed to make coming home something to look forward to. Every element has been approached with intention, creating a residential experience that feels refined without being excessive, contemporary without losing its warmth. SPRUCE is for those who believe that where you live should reflect how you choose to live.
