Over the years, we have worked with clients in developing and co-developing their properties and thus delivering added value to their assets. The result is capital gain on the developed properties which can be liquidated as well as providing a means of rental income over the period the property is held.


Putting it in simple terms, our approach is analyzing the maximum value accrueable on a given property with a view to facilitating or funding the development of the property with above-market returns to the property owner.

With a handful of successful developments using this approach, we are open to new partnerships/ ventures with the aim of unlocking the best value possible on such prospective residential or commercial development

Studying the housing market, for us, has brought a realization that a lot more has to be done in delivering more value for clients desirous of owning their own home or further diversifying their property holdings. Leveraging the trifecta of Quality, Cost and Timing (i.e. delivery), our goal is to deliver homes that command above-market returns and are a source of capital appreciation whether through liquidation or rental income.

By carefully selecting great locations and developing commercially viable properties at an affordable cost, we will continue to put money back into the pockets of our customers.

Akinde Olamidun is the Principal Consultant at 3DMatic Atelier Ltd., a firm that consults on wide applications in the property value chain. He is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Detail Apartments, a budding property development company with a focus on delivering residential properties that prioritize excellence, functionality and above-market returns for investors.

Prior to establishing his two businesses, Olamidun worked at Kenatelier Ltd and Klif Consultants (now Consultants Collaborative Partnership) as project architect where he gained valuable experience working on both small and large scale projects. He is a certified architect, registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and also a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects.

Olamidun attended the Federal University of Technology, Akure where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Architecture and the University of Lagos where he obtained his Master’s Degree. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School where he completed the Owner-Manager Program in 2019 and is also currently studying for an MBA.

Olamidun’s work ethic, drive for excellence and penchant for client satisfaction are hallmarks of his projects right from conception till handing over.
